The location of the apartment is Rua do Carmo 69, 5th Floor Left (5E)

Please note that Rua do Carmo is a famous pedestrian street that doesn't allow cars to stop. Please ask the Taxi or the Uber driver to stop at Elevador de Santa Justa or Praça Dom Pedro IV. Then a 50 meter walk will bring you to the foot of the building.

If you come by car, the route starts from Carmo Square (where you can park temporally, then go through the right-hand side of the church. After 2 minutes walk, turn right at Restaurante named Bellalisa Elevador, and use the same code to enter the building.

Then you can take the parking badge and park your car in the garage.

This is the very uniqueness of this apartment. It has direct access to the two most important treasure of Chiado.

The building is on the other side of Santa Justa Lift, with MUJI opens on the ground floor.

We use Digital code for self-check-in, so you don't need to rush to the apartment and have more freedom to check-in without extra charge (normally we charge 30 euros for check-in after 7pm).

For the front door, please use the code that I send to you which ends with "#".

For the keylock, please also use the code that I send to you, and pull the little handle to retrieve your key. If the key or code doesn't work, please call me and I will be there to be helpful.

Yes, you can jump over the 1 hour queue of this famous site. The entrance on the 5th floor gives you direct access to the top of St Justa Lift and Carmo church outside of the window. You can access it from the side of stairs as shown here in the floor plan.

The door code is the same as the front door with the code that ends with "#". Please utilize this exclusively convenience only accessible for the residences in this building.

You have a parking pass in the apartment: in the keylock next to the key and you can use it to access the parking lot 24/7 during your visit.

The parking lot is Estacionamento Chiado, address: R. Alm. Pessanha 5, about 5 minutes walking distance.

We prepared a parking badge (with a bar code to scan) attached to the key. It give you the access to the parking on the -6 Floor, number #617.

Please use the private elevator with this badge and only use this parking position, or you will need to pay for taking the others.

The sofabed in the living room is a standard width of a double bed. A bit narrower than the queen's bed, but still good enough for two people. When you need it, just pull it out and flip the back. The sheets and towels are in the cabinet of bedroom.

In-between the two rooms, a folded board works as like a folding screen all the way to the ceiling. With the the screen expanded, the bathroom then will be only connection between the two rooms for privacy and peace at night.

Chiado is the top neighborhood in Lisbon. Lots of stores, restaurants, theaters, the Opera House, and close proximity to Bairro Alto and other traditional neighborhoods makes this a very popular city area. You can walk to most of Lisboa's attractions, and there is also a multitude of transportation choices at your doorstep.

As a major transportation hub (3 metro stations with 5 min walk from the apartment, buses, taxis etc). The majority of Lisbon’s old city attractions are reachable on foot- Praça da Figueira, Comércio and Rossio, and the traditional neighborhoods of Bairro Alto and Alfama, whereas newer areas such as Parque das Nações and Oceanário and a short metro ride away.
